Schools are invited to submit entries in the following 5 (five) categories:

1. Drama
2. Short Essays
3. Poster
4. Songs
5. Poems

All entries are to be submitted to Action Health Incorporated through the PTA Health Counsellors in the Public Secondary Schools in Somolu/Kosofe Local Education Districts of Lagos State. Individual entries are not allowed.
